One of the most asked question we get is "what size neckrope do I need" or "Which neckrope size is best for my horse"

To answer this question in depth we thought it would be a great idea to show all of you how our sizing system works and how you can find out which neck rope size your horse needs in just two simple steps.

In order to measure which neckrope size your horse has you'll need

  • A leadrope or a different piece of string/ribbon.
  • A measuring tape
  • Your horse

Step 1

Use your leadrope/string and tie it around your horses neck. Make sure it comes down to the middle of your horses chest and goes up to your horses withers.

Step 2

Lay out your leadrope/string and lay it out on the ground. Use your measuring tape to measure the circular length of the rope/sting and compare it to our sizing table down below.

Size

Centimeters Inch
extra mini 100 cm 40 inch
mini 110 cm 43 inch
shet 120 cm 47 inch
pony 135 cm 53 inch
cob 150 cm 59 inch

full

165 cm 65 inch
extra full 175 cm 69 inc

That's it! if you would like a custom size just let us know and we would be more than happy to make a custom sized neckrope for both you and your horse.
